Product Warranties

Moss Home Improvements works with the finest and most recognizable home improvement product manufacturers on the market today.  These manufacturers – companies like Owens Corning and Alcoa – issue their own warranties independent of the contractors who apply their materials.

While manufacturer’s warranties cover their products, they do not cover the labor associated with the installation of their products.

Labor Warranty

Moss Home Improvements has been around for almost 20 years!  Our longevity stems from the quality work and customer service we deliver.

Our customers have come to realize that when they place their trust in Moss Home Improvements, we don’t take it lightly.  We understand that your project is important to you and we back our workmanship with a competitive labor warranty.  All our contracts warrant roofs for four years and other trades for one year at no additional cost to you.

When service calls during the warranty period turn out not be the result of our workmanship, we will charge a $79 diagnostic fee.

Service Beyond the Warranty

We’ve built our reputation on customer service.  Therefore, even after the warranty period is over, we’re here for you when you need us.  Upon expiration of your labor warranty, we still offer competitive rates.

Specifically, our minimum service call is only $250.  If we arrive at your home and discover that your repair will cost more than $250 we will provide you with a written estimate.  If the project turns out to be $2000 or over, we will apply the service charge to the project if work commences within 3 months of the estimate.
